Breathing Prayer

Breathe in Grandmother Earth's nurturing love.

Breathe out fear of lack of resource.

Breathe in confidenve of your ability to manifest success.

Breathe out fear of failure.

Breathe in patience to wait on Spirit.

Breathe out need for instant gratification.

Breathe in in your inner and outer beauty.

Breathe out your sense of inadequate ugliness.

Breathe in calmness and inner peace.

Breathe out stress and worry.

Breathe in the unique beauty of others.

Breathe out ego's need to critize and judge others.

Breathe in the beauty of all of Nature.

Breathe out the pettiness of the perceived peskiness of critters.

Breathe in the acceptance of ourselves and others.

Breathe out anger over out perceived weaknesses and failures.

Breathe in Divine Love for ourselves, others, and all of creation.

Breathe out need to hate, judge or condemn those that are different than us.

Breathe in awareness of your divinity.

Breathe out any obstacles to that awareness.
